We are proud to present our Low FODMAP menu, the first restaurant in the UK to cater for people who require a diet low in Fermentable Oligosaccharides, Disaccharides, Monosaccharides and Polyols.

We have created a menu that is classified as a 'Total Ban' selection. This means that all dairy, onion, garlic, lentils and pulses have been removed. As many people who adhere to a Low FODMAP diet benefit from the removal of gluten from their food, we have also made the menu gluten free.

Many dishes on this menu are prepared and served exclusively for our Low FODMAP customers so pre-selection of your dishes will be required 24 hours in advance. For more information and to book, please call 0141 221 0220.

Our Low FODMAP menu complies with the latest advice and guidance from Monash University. However, our kitchen does not exclusively prepare and serve Low FODMAP dishes. We wish to make our customers aware that there is a possibility of cross contact with ingredients used in other menus we prepare.
